xxx don’t knock the Catholics. The protestants have made enormous errors with regard to Jews.

Protestants were the original "Liberals" who did not want to do things the Catholics were doing.

Whatever the errors of the Catholics, they at least did more to hold back the Jews AFTER the Protestants helped the Jews and grovelled to Jews.

Whatever their weaknesses, the Catholics did better regarding the Jews, I think.
