A comment from one of my readers. I agree with this. White males used to dominate easily, and their thoughts were incredible, deep and way ahead of their time:

It’s proven that our scientists are getting dumber by each generation, it takes more dudes in coats to get innovation done right then we got with breakthroughs made by 1 or 2 men in a room with a chalk board and alab equipment. It takes teams and years with millions in funding then you aren’t even garaunteed a successful result.
