One of Hitler’s longest serving secretaries, Christa Schroeder mentioned many personal things about Hitler.

Hitler had such a good understanding of food and calories that many people have remarked at how LITTLE he would eat as well as the simplicity of his meals.

Christa mentioned one time when Hitler had only a glass of milk and a peeled apple for breakfast.

She said that when Hitler gained weight, he would begin cutting certain foods out of his diet over a period of 3 weeks and then he would be back to normal weight!!

Hitler also drank a lot of water, which is the best thing you can drink.
