Americans have been on a gun-buying spree the past year, to such an extent that many firearms owners now report difficulty finding enough ammunition.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 35% of American Adults who live in gun-owning households say someone in the household has purchased a gun within the past year.
