[In some other quick research, I noted that Russia has various treaties with its former Soviet Union states like Kazakhstan. This definitely smacks of a "NATO" alliance if you will. That makes a lot of sense. So Russia therefore, has military access to places like Kazakhstan for "defense purposes". I think the real issue here is why the fuel prices really rose. Was there anyone involved in manipulating the prices? OR, why was there violence related to the fuel prices? Was that itself real, or manufactured? Who is behind the violence? Could it be the CIA or could it even be Putin? The USA does so many weird, Jewy things, that it would not surprise me if the CIA was involved in this. We'll have to see. But, on the whole this is not a WHITE THING …so it's not a high priority for me. I'll watch at a lower level of interest. Jan]
